We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.Returned merchandise should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping.
If your return(s) brings the total of the initial purchase below $50.00 the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
You have up to 14 days from receipt for us to receive your refund on merchandise that is not on sale. After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return.
Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
These items must be mailed back to the store and received by us within 14 days of order receipt. Please include the store receipt in the package.
